System development and transformation impacts the healthcare workforce at all levels and the SPF promotes effective partnership working in healthcare system transformation, by feeding into policy and discussing workforce implications on organisational change, developing resources and providing guidance to support staff through the process.
Through the work of the national SPF groups and subgroups, resources and guidance have been developed to support organisational change, these include the SPF staff transfer guides, supporting staff through change and transfer, and the system change jargon buster which helps staff understand new terminology and system improvement plans.
