These priorities include creating a culture of civility compassion and respect in the NHS to have a wider focus, which includes tackling violence and sexual harassment against staff and encouraging action to support disabled, BME and LGBT staff, who tend to have a worse experience at work and suffer higher rates of bullying, harassment and abuse.
