Survey on violence reduction and prevention
Complete our short survey to inform recommendations on how to prevent and reduce violence towards NHS staff.
As part of the 2023 non-pay offer, the SPF and NHS Staff Council were tasked with mapping existing work, assessing its impact and identifying measures to reduce violence and aggression towards NHS staff.
This survey is an opportunity for employers, staff, systems and other stakeholders to share their examples and provide evidence to inform our recommendations to the government.
The survey will take about ten minutes to complete and will close on 22 December 2023.
