Rabia Nasimi

Rabia became head of NHS staff partnerships at the Department of Health and Social Care in December 2025 and is responsible for supporting ministers, senior officials and the SPF co-chairs in the delivery of the SPF, including its meetings and work programme.

Previously, she worked at the UK COVID-19 Inquiry as head of Every Story Matters Research, leading the inquiry’s national listening exercise. She has held a range of other policy and research roles across the civil service.
