East Midlands SPF Case Study

Our new East Midlands SPF case study offers best practice on how to improve partnership working through an organisational development approach. 

The case study explains how some issues relating to the way meetings were conducted and difficulties agreeing solutions were improved by new ways of working, which helped the forum become more productive and efficient.

The forum revised its terms of reference to reflect the new ways of working. Since the changes the East Midlands SPF have produced guidance on facility time, TUPE good practice and a memorandum of understanding on redeployment of staff.
