The Social Partnership Forum (SPF) action plan to maximise employment opportunities for newly qualified healthcare professionals in the NHS, outlines 29 recommendations to support new qualifiers in finding their first post. Since its launch, stakeholder organisations have been working together to promote and support the delivery of this activity.
