Implementing the NHS Staff Passport standards
The implications of the NHS Staff Passport for workforce at local level are covered by existing rights, legislation, regulation and guidance which employers are expected to adhere to and explain to their staff, what this means for them.
In addition to the rights, legislation, regulation and guidance, specific to workforce, that the standards bring together the SPF Staff Passport group has been working to implement these standards in other areas of Department of Health policy including the NHS Transaction Manual, Transforming Community Services, Standard Service Contracts etc.
