The NHS South East Coast SPF consists of management and union full time officers working in partnership on key strategic issues and sharing information and updates of mutual interest. The forum meets bi-monthly and each meeting feastures a strategic discussion subject, for example, the NHS constitution, the next stage review, staff engagement, and social enterprise.
