Following recent consideration of the White Paper consultation the group has agreed its aims in 2010/11 are to:
- Continue to build on and strengthen relationships with new government at the National SPF
- Support regional SPFs to strengthen their own partnerships in order to continue addressing the current workforce agenda and prepare partnerships for changes to the architecture of the NHS
- Identify and share good practice to embed partnership working in the NHS
We will do this through:
- refreshing and building on the partnership areas of the SPF website to reflect current NHS priorities and support partnership working
- developing case studies and sharing the learning from the 18 Partnership Fund projects:
> publish case studies 2011
- > publish empirical evidence and final report in late 2011
- delivering a partnership session at NHS Employers conference November 2010
- visiting regional SPFs throughout 2010 to discuss and share priorities and learning
- publishing a good practice toolkit for regional SPFs – September 2010
- producing a regular e-bulletin for regional SPF members
- conducting the SPF stock take at appropriate time in 2011
- reviewing the partnership agreement at the appropriate time
- identifying and sharing new models for partnership working in the NHS
- delivering a partnership event in 2011 to share learning on current and future partnership arrangements in the NHS.
