Partnership under pressure 

'Partnership under pressure' is the theme of this year's Social Partnership Forum session at the NHS Employers' annual conference and exhibition.

Christina McAnea, Head of Health at UNISON will chair the session which aims to spread good practice on fostering partnership working for service improvement and allows delegates the chance to ask questions of the presenters and establish where this good practice is transferable to their organisations.

Managing the transition

Stephen Welfare and Karen Didovich, co-chairs of the SPF's HR Transition Partnership Forum working group will also lead a session on the national HR transition framework.
