 "This work brings together two things that are close to my heart, opportunities for NHS staff and partnership working. In my role as chair of the national Social Partnership Forum, I am involved in wide and varied discussions, working together to develop workforce policies and improve implementation.

There is no better case for partnership working than when it produces results that make real improvements for NHS organisations and for patient care. As well as encouraging everyone to continue this good work, it is also important that we look at the lessons learnt from this project so that we can improve partnership working in the future."
